Kayser Layne & Clark, PLLC was formed on January 1, 2001 by C. Dallas Kayser, Bradley H. Layne and Matthew L. Clark. Prior to 2001, Brad Layne and Matthew Clark were long time associates with the firm of C. Dallas Kayser, L.C., a firm owned and operated by Dallas Kayser. The firm maintains a general law practice with an emphasis in the areas of serious personal injury and wrongful death arising from maritime/river worker incidents, defective products, industrial accidents and automobile and trucking collisions. The firm regularly practices in the fields of Social Security Disability, Insurance Disputes, Real Estate Transactions, Wills and Estates, Small Business Litigation and Transactions, Criminal Defense, and other civil litigation matter
