Jan Spangler, MAC, MSM, LPC is a licensed professional counselor who has dedicated her life to helping adolescents, individuals, couples, and families overcome their life challenges with compassion and professional guidance. Jan has had extensive experience with post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after having worked within a suicide prevention and intervention program for at-risk adolescents. Jan has also had the opportunity to work with a diverse array of clientele in order to address a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, managing stress, relationships, and women's issues.
