Founded in 1977, Community Care Organization is a private, non-profit organization that serves people with long-term health care and social service needs. The organization provides medical services for frail senior citizens and adults with disabilities, as well as maintains a more than 95,000-square-foot facility. It has partnerships with the Medical College of Wisconsin, the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County Department on Aging, Columbia St. Mary s Family Practice Clinic and Lapham Park Resident Organization.
