Park Rose Care Center is a 125-bed facility skilled nursing center that provides a range of health care services. Its long-term skilled nursing care services include discharge planning, restorative nursing programs, laboratory testing, X-ray and pharmaceutical services, and individualized care and treatment. Park Rose Care Center also offers hospice care that includes support in the phase of a terminal illness, and grief support and counseling services.
