Although I have worked in other therapy settings, treating hand injuries has always been my passion, and I feel lucky to be working in the Harborview Medical Center Hand Therapy Clinic. Having worked abroad and in other parts of the country, I have been exposed to different people and cultures, and I bring this experience with me when I treat. I always try to look beyond the injury to the whole person and how that person is impacted by the injury. My graduate work in ergonomics and my work in an industrial setting has helped inform my treatment of cumulative trauma. I love the collaboration of our team. We are a fun group. When not at work, my pleasure is dancing, hiking, hanging out with friends, and spending time with my husband and our toddler.
