Sunshine Construction LLC is a custom residential construction company, based in North Seattle, owned and managed by Jon Alexander. Our focus is on large residential remodels, additions and custom homes. Building only one project at a time allows us to fully focus on producing the best possible quality and providing the best possible experience for all those involved. We work in all neighborhoods in the city of Seattle and other nearby areas. Since 1991, we have specialized in green remodeling and new construction.
