Owner Jim Ingalls began his building career as a carpenter working for a general contractor in Montana. When the opportunity to move to Poulsbo came up in the early 70's, Jim and his family moved to Kitsap County. Kitsap-Trident Homes, Inc was established in 1978 and has been serving the Poulsbo and surrounding area for over 30 years. Justin Ingalls joined his father in the business in 1999 upon gradutation from WSU with a degree in Business. He has worked in all phases of the building industry and is very active in the Homebuilder's Association of Kitsap County. Kitsap-Trident Homes, Inc has provided many types of housing such as affordable homes for the first time home buyer, duplexes, multi-family projects and high end, custom home
