We aim to provide comfort, relaxation, and pain relief to our clients primarily through massage therapy. The additional health benefits of a sauna will complement massage therapy to provide stress and pain relief. ​ Everyday use of a body, be it at work, home, school or any other physical activity, puts mental and physical stress and or trauma on an individual. Those circumstances paired with the prolonged cold weather we experience in this climate can affect mental happiness which adversely affects overall health.
