Dr. Fred is a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University. A native of Michigan, he met his future bride at chiropractic school. After marriage, they moved to Dr. Kathleen’s home state to open Deutsch Chiropractic. They’ve been in Watertown ever since. Dr. Fred treats many types of conditions including low back pain, headache, whiplash and neck pain, and is one of just several chiropractors in South Dakota that is a board certified rehabilitation exercise specialist. In recognition for his commitment to excellence, in 2006 the South Dakota Chiropractors Association named him Chiropractor of the Year. Dr. Fred believes in giving back. He previously served on the Watertown School Board and as a state legislato
