Oscar F. Molin, Jr. moved to the area to attend Clemson University in 1967. Shortly after graduating in 1971, he founded Central Contracting Corporation and made the upstate his home. Since that time, Central Signature Homes, LLC / Central Contracting Corporation has become one of the most recognized and trusted custom home building names in the area. The company’s custom luxury homes are scattered throughout the upstate of South Carolina with a primary emphasis on Lakes Keowee, Hartwell and Jocassee.
