I tailor treatment to individual needs and preferences.  Drawing on client’s strengths and interests, I use a variety of techniques including talk therapy, art therapy, and play therapy.  My approach seeks integration, awareness, and present experience for clients believing that every person has the ability to heal and be whole.  I consider all aspects of the individual’s body, psychology, and environment in my counseling approach and help clients find balance in their lives and relationships.
