I offer treatment for adolescents and adults who are in a state of emotional crises. Individuals can respond to stress as a loss or a threat. It could be a loss of a loved one that could bring the individual into a grief process or clinical depression. Or facing a divorce, the individual could respond with anxiety or panic attacks. Early childhood trauma can lead to responses such as social phobia. The therapeutic goal is to mobilize the client's energy so that the client sees the problem as a challenge. This allows the individual to mobilize their natural coping ability.
