About
Leupitz Pest Control- Founder William Leupitz originally established Silverton Pest and Termite Control in 1974 in Silverton, Oregon. By the early 1980's his company-renamed Leupitz Contractors Inc in 1981-was providing pest management, 'pest and dry rot' inspections, and construction repair services to a growing real estate and consumer residential market in the mid-Willamette Valley. Eventually it became necessary to move the center of operations from Silverton to Salem-Oregon's State Capital-to accommodate the growth. In 1988 Leupitz Pest Control and its sister company, Leupitz Contractors Inc (which continues today to provide structural repair and remodeling services) split into two separate firm
