Transitions for Women offers women a 12 step based step down program where they can begin at a higher level of care (PHP) with groups 5 days a week and gradually transition through Intensive Outpatient 3-4 days a week, to Outpatient level of care at 1 group per week. This strategy of progression through multiple levels of care is the most successful method to gaining long term recovery, especially for ladies who have struggled with relapse.
