About
Cascade Vision Center is the office of Dr. Mel MacPhee. He began practicing optometry in 1983 after graduating from Pacific University College of Optometry, Forest Grove, Oregon. Dr. MacPhee was awarded Honors in Clinical Procedures and has received specialized training in infant and pediatric care. Dr. MacPhee and his wife Tammy live in Gresham with their children and enjoy church activities, watersports, and camping.
