About Rain Guard Gutters Rain Guard of Tulsa opened its doors in October of 1982 under the ownership of the Bootenhoff family. During the last 27 years Rain Guard has expanded to Oklahoma City and North West Arkansas, operating 25 mobile gutter units and employing over 75 people. In 1999, the Gutter Helmet franchise asked Rain Guard to be its exclusive dealer in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Along with Gutter Helmet, Rain Guard also offers the exclusive Snap Lock system, a revolutionary installation system which guarantees no more rotted fascia boards and a full sheet metal operation. We belong to three home builders associations, the Better Business Bureau, the Tulsa, OKC and Jenks Chamber of Commerce and the National Federation of Independent Builder
