Welcome Center offers a variety of model home tour maps. It is a part of Somersett Development, which is a residential community that features a 9-hole golf course. The community has the Club at Town Center, which is spread over an area of more than 22,000 square feet and maintains over 25 miles of hiking and biking trails and -community features. Somersett Development also maintains an arts and crafts studio, swimming pools, spas, and locker and massage rooms. The community also features a snack bar, fire pit, sports court and teen club. Additionally, Somersett Development has aerobics and cardio studios and a media room.
