Welcome to Life In Balance Pilates Studio LLC. The owner, Monica V. Guidi has been a certified personal trainer for over 14 years. Starting at a young age, Monica trained with former Checkoslovokian ballerina Angela McGregor, at her ballet studio Angela's School of Dance, for over 10 years. While obtaining her Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology at NMSU, Monica kept up her love of fitness by taking and teaching various group fitness classes including BodyPump, kickboxing and mat Pilates. She became Johnny G Spinning certified in 1997 and has taught group cycling for over 16 years. While training clients at Inner Balance &Fitness, Monica was introduced to Pilate
