Personal training services offered 1-3 days a week starting at $150 a month. includes postural assessments and corrections, weekly exercise plans, one hour sessions with your trainer and more. I am a mobile personal trainer, going to you, working in the park, your living room, back yard, etc. I will bring my own equipment when necessary, no need to go to the gym. With me everywhere is my gym.
