A center for the treatment and study of anxiety, trauma resolution and PTSD. Our therapists are trained in EMDR, neurofeedback, CBT and motivational interviewing techniques to help you work through barriers that have made you feel stuck for too long. You also have the option of integrating an 8-week mindfulness based stress reduction course into all individual therapy sessions.
