Harlan J. Noddle was Chairman of Noddle Companies, one of the Midwest's largest developers of community shopping centers and office buildings. Harlan, along with his partner Joseph Kirshenbaum, pursued high-quality development projects that resulted in considerable benefits for the community as a whole. Harlan graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1958 where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. From 1959 through 1961 he was a First Lieutenant in the United States Army Security Agency. After completing his military service, Harlan went to work for American Community Stores Corporation in 196
