There are many reasons that people decide to seek counseling. Often times, the relationship we have with ourselves or with others is affected. Usually people seek counseling because what they have been doing to deal with a problem, is no longer working. The actions, or lack of action, by others can also cause a person to seek help. Counseling can help you make sense of problems, gives you an outside professional opinion and direction, and helps you recognize your strengths. All of my appointment offerings are in the evening, starting at 5:30pm. The first session is a chance for me to gather information from you to help me understand your struggles and identify your strengths. It is also a chance for you to see if I am a good match for your need
