About Career Concepts Roger Koopman founded Career Concepts in December of 1979, and added Personnel Leasing temporary staffing services two years later -- now the oldest agencies of their kind in western Montana. From its inception, Career Concepts has operated under the philosophy that an employment agency's overriding mission is helping people, both job seekers and employers.
