Hearken Hearing & Audiology is a diagnostic hearing center specializing in advanced hearing aid fittings. We define ‘Hearken’ as Hearing with Passion. Rarely used in today’s vernacular, it is the Old English spelling of Harken, as in “Hark! The Harold Angels Sing.” The Old English spelling is found roughly 230 times in the King James version of the Holy Bible. The Lord told His people to Hearken to His words. Not only did he want them to listen, but to listen with intensity and passion. Our practice strives to embody this type of thinking.
