We work with individuals, couples, and families who are interested in creating lasting change for themselves and in their relationships. Common issues we address with couples include communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and healing after the pain of an affair. We also work with families when a child is displaying emotional or behavioral challenges. When individuals come to therapy, we have experience helping them navigate relational challenges, past abuse, depression, and anxiety. We have also worked with ADHD, depression, suicidality, and oppositional defiant disorder in adolescents. One of our specialties is helping families that have been impacted by divorce and we also provide family law mediation services.
