We're located in Suite 304 of the historic Professional Building in Downtown Waterville, Maine. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-4:30. Dan Bernier grew up in Waterville, the youngest son of prominent lawyer and former mayor Albert Bernier. He earned his B.A. degree from The George Washington University in Washington, DC and his J.D. degree from The New England School of Law in Boston, MA. While at NESL, Dan earned the American Jurisprudence Award for Estate Planning. He was awarded Volunteer Prosecutor of the Year for 1998, 1999 and 2000 for his volunteer work with the Kennebec County District Attorney's Offic
