Established in 1974, The Caroline Center is a nonprofit agency that offers individual services for persons with developmental disabilities. It offers a range of residential, vocational, and family and individual support services. The center operates a day program that features several training programs. The Caroline Center also focuses on enhancing individual functions in the areas of self-care, socialization, health maintenance and leisure activities. Additionally, it offers training for the development of motor skills and optimal independence. The Caroline Center maintains a location in Ridgely, Md.
