The firm was established in 1983 and was housed at 31 South Baltimore Street in Cumberland in a three-room suite. As the company expanded, they changed locations in 1985 to Greene Street to accommodate their steady growth. Two years later, the firm moved in to their current headquarters at 222 Washington Street. When the Victorian-style house in the heart of historic Cumberland was remodeled, hundreds of letters, including three handwritten letters from U.S. President Woodrow Wilson, were discovered.
