About
The practice of law has changed a great deal in the nearly four decades since Arthur Serota opened his one room office in the Court Square Building in downtown Springfield. Many lawyers attempt to attract business by putting pictures of themselves on the sides of buses and on billboards. Others hire famous actors to do canned commercials touting their supposed talents. We view the practice of law as a dignified and honorable profession. Therefore, you won't find us on the side of a bus, on a billboard or on television. We have chosen to get our message to prospective clients the old fashioned way - by reputation and by word of mouth from satisfied clients. We cut our teeth by representing the downtrodden and by taking on unpopular cause
