Attorney Russell Peck Sr., graduated from Boston University Law School, and passed the Bar in the top 5% of his testing class. He has been an attorney since 1961. Originally, he was in the Army Judge Advocate General's Office during the Korean Conflict. He was the head attorney of Braintree Savings Bank and did the real estate and conveyance work there. He has his own practice in Braintree and Weymouth and does estate tax work, real estate transactions, land disputes, elder law including estate planning, wills, trusts and other documentation.
