Fleming Construction Company was founded by Mannas Fleming in 1954, and we are proud to say that we are in our third generation today. Mannas Fleming s only son Jack took over as president in 1970 and his son, Jack II was named president/ CEO in 2010. We have completed projects ranging from $300.00 to $14,000,000.00 with a bonding capacity of over 60 million dollars. A fact that we are extremely proud of is our contractor's license number 935.
