I have been an attorney since 1980 when I was admitted to the Kentucky Bar. I was admitted to practice in Tennessee in 1987. I am also licensed in the Federal Courts and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. I help people who have been injured in car and truck wrecks obtain settlements and jury verdicts from those responsible. I take these cases on a contingency, which means there is no attorney fee until the case is won or settled, and my fee is a percentage of what I collect.
