Centerstone

Founded in 1997, Centerstone is one of the largest providers of community-based behavioral health care services and programs in the United States to people with mental illness and substance abuse problems. Its programs and specialized services, includes alcohol and drug treatment, case management services, child and family services, court services, residential services and respite services. The various programs include Coaching4Teens, LIFESolutions and Early Childhood Network, to name a few. Serving the areas of middle Tennessee and Indiana, Centerstone has an affiliation of Pinnacle Health (Columbia Area Mental Health Center, Harriett Cohn Center and Highland Rim Mental Health Center) and Dede Wallace Center.
