Meet all of your fitness goals through group exercise or personal coaching with our instructors and staff. Get back on your feet with the help of our Physical and Occupational Therapists. Members have access to a wide variety of exercise equipment. Machine weights are available while we also have an assortment of free weight racks to accomidate those with more experience. Our 150m indoor track is great for walking or running in addition to our cardio equipment including treadmills, elipticals, bikes, and stair-steppers. We are now offering Silver Sneakers gym memberships! The Silver Sneakers Basic membership allows clients to use all of our weights and machines or track at anytime during Wellness hour
