Blue River Services is a private, nonprofit organization founded in 1959 by a group of parents who believed that all people are capable of learning when given the opportunity and appropriate support services. With this guiding philosophy, Blue River has developed an array of services to meet the needs of children and adults in Harrison, Crawford, Orange, Washington, Lawrence, Jackson, Clark, Floyd, Dubois, Perry, Scott, Spencer, Martin, and Madison Counties in Indiana.
