Atwater Eye Care Center offers contact lens care, binocular vision assessment, ocular disease services and vision therapy. Its eye care community outreach program is created by the Indiana University's School of Optometry and School of Medicine Department of Ophthalmology. The program improves access to vision health care services for uninsured and low-income individuals through outreach, resource coordination, community collaboration, donated professional eye care and patient advocacy and education. Its rural health clinic program provides eye care to underserved, uninsured, low-income residents of Clay, Clark, Crawford and Washington counties and their surrounding areas in Bloomington in Indiana. Atwater Eye Care Center is located in Bloomington.
