Founded in 1972, Stratford Homes is a manufacturer of modular homes. It has manufactured more than 8,000 modular homes with over 50 floor plans and designs. Its products are marketed through an independent builder network that spans 12 states. Stratford Homes provides modular homes with a range of designs that includes ranches, raised ranches, split-levels, highland, vacations, capes, two-stories and chalets. Its capabilities include floor treatment, framing, insulation, sawing, jigging, pressing, and automatic stacking of wood floors and roof trusses. Stratford Homes maintains locations in Stratford, Wis.; Chariton, Iowa; and Rathdrum, Idaho.
