Showalter Construction is actively involved in site design, irrigation projects, roads and reclamation. Showalter Land Leveling began operations in 1978 with the purchase of two 1963 Wabco scrapers. Brion had been employed in the business of land leveling and when the owner decided to sell, Brion jumped at the opportunity. For the next ten years the business was predominantly engaged in leveling for irrigation systems, servicing the agricultural community.
