Dr. James J. Frisa, started his own practice in 1998 and has been treating patients in Dover, Delaware ever since then. He is licensed in Florida and Delaware and he also sits on the Board of Acupuncture for the state of Delaware. He is the only licensed and certified Acupuncturist in Delaware that does Esogetic Colorpuncture. He is also the only Nationally Board Certified Acupuncturist in Kent County, Delaware.
