Located within the Vail Mountain Lodge, the Vail Athletic Club & Spa is a place to be physical, educated, motivated, and relaxed. At the spa, we offer massages, facials, signature body treatments. Our 18,000 sq/ft fitness center (the Vail Athletic Club) has Peloton bikes, cardio equipment, weights, and CYBEX equipment. Also available are private sessions with our personal trainers in yoga, meditation, Pilates, barre, outdoor fitness.
