Our History Johnson and Associates, CPAs, PC was formed in September of 1999 by Russ Johnson, Dennis Schadegg, and Mickey Dubs who had each worked for McGladrey and Pullen, an international accounting firm, since 1986. In 2009, Carol Keil was admitted as an owner. Although Russ passed away in September of 2012, the three owners Dennis, Mickey, and Carol remain committed to the Firm's mission: we focus on hiring and retaining dedicated professionals who make it their business to know your business so we can provide high quality, timely service at a reasonable price.
