I am a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. I have eleven years of extensive experience as an Administrative Assistant/Full Charge Bookkeeper working with Quick Books Professional, Deltek Advantage, Account Mate, Microsoft Word and Excel. During this time I have been in charge of the coordination of two branch offices, A/P, A/R, Payroll (both in house and outsourced), Payroll Taxes, Sales and Use Taxes, Employee Benefits, Tracking Subcontractor Contracts, Job Costing, Payments and Change Orders, Aged Receivables and collections.
