I am a Myofascial Therapist whose purpose is to relieve pain, restore movement and revitalize the nervous system specifically for athletes with injuries or restrictions. I am manipulating the myofascia(connective tissue surrounding muscles) that are bound up, sensitive and inelastic through using a soft fist, forearms, sustained pressure and stretches. In addition, I am a certified Health Coach who empowers and guides my clients to Prime-Time Health.
