2014 brings with it an expansion of The Studio! The original studio on Union was 1100 sq. ft. and offered reformer Pilates only. In January 2014 The Studio expanded to include Yoga, Zumba, Qi Gong/Chi Kung, Tai Chi, Boot Camp, Body Sculpting/Toning, Massage, Dance Classes and many other great classes to help improve your health. The new space is over 2600 square feet with separate spaces for fitness and reformer Pilates. Three additional treatment rooms where Reiki and Massage have their own space make The Studio of Unique Fitness a true health and fitness studio that caters to your needs.
