Swinerton Builders has been providing construction services to its clients since 1888. Its functions include general contracting, site analysis, design/build, procurement, construction management and regulatory approvals. In addition to its headquarters in San Francisco, Swinerton Builders has nine office locations, including one in Arvada, Colo. Some of the major projects completed by the Arvada office include a the Avaya Research and Development facility and the Space Command Headquarters, which it completed in conjunction with the Army Corps of Engineers.
