The goal for my counseling is to allow clients to feel "at home!" I have designed a setting that is cozy, comfortable, warm, and professional. This "down to earth approach" is a place to heal, mentally grow, and hang your hat! Growth and change are the focus in an individual or couples counseling. I call myself a General Therapist that has worked with an array of specialties that include: grief, loss, anger, communication issues, gender/identity issues, depression, anxiety, parenting, and family stressors.
