Hal Hughston, III is a criminal defense attorney who also practices areas of personal injury, estate planning, divorce and family law. From the Shoals, Hal attended Deshler High School and graduated in 2001. He then attended Samford University in Birmingham before earning his Juris Doctorate from the Mississippi College of Law and becoming board certified in 2008. He opened his own Tuscumbia office in 2012, becoming the 3rd generation of his family to practice law in the Tennessee Valley. Ha
