We are General Contractors based in Anchorage who specializes in property preservation. We deal mainly in distressed or foreclosed properties and our primary concern is securing and preventing further damage to the properties we manage. However, our clients always request a litany of services once we take possession of a property. We perform lock changes, debris removal, winterization procedures, lawn maintenance, snow removal, sales cleaning...really anything that the client mayneed to repair the property.
