A lawyer in Ontario since 1977, Kenneth (Ken) Peel has been active since 1983 in the railway sector as counsel, advisor and advocate. After serving as General Counsel (Ontario) for a national railway company (CN) he rejoined private practice in January, 1998. Since then Ken's advocacy & counsel has continued especially in transportation law; dispute resolution in injury, commercial and shipping cases; and railway regulatory & rights of way issues. Ken's work has addressed aboriginal claims & consultation issues (in relation to both railway and non-railway operations and lands), and he has also assisted clients with employment disputes, labour injunctions, inquests, or grievance dispute resolutio
