About Geoff Hodgins Architect - We are a small, dynamic firm located in Perth Ontario. Established in 1997, we specialize in sustainable design, community planning and heritage conservation. Projects include the adaptive reuse of a number of nineteenth century factories, including One Sherbrooke Street Perth, where the firm is located, several performance spaces, like the Smiths Falls Station Theatre and the PerthWorks Sustainable Neighbourhood, that is still under development.
